You will be guided and supported through workout programmes and nutrition so that you learn what’s best for your body and what works.

How It Works

When you decide to take the Total Transformation package we start by setting up a consultation so that we can meet and discuss what your goals are. We also do fitness testing, but don’t worry these aren’t to make you feel unfit, they are so that we can see where you are now and when we do the tests again we see progression. After this we get to work on your tailored workout and nutrition plan, working together to achieve the goals we have laid out.

Once we have completed the consultation and fitness assessment we then set out your 12 week individualised training program. By setting targets each week we can have a clear path towards your goals.

the 12 week transformation package is popular for people who have a specific goal such as a holiday, wedding or someone just looking to take their fitness to the next level. It doesn’t matter if you are new to fitness or have been training for a while, with our support and expertise you will have everything you need in order to achieve your goals.

We Educate

Even though this package is only for 12 weeks, our goal is to educate and support you in a way where you can carry on with the training after the initial 12 weeks. Of course we’d like you to keep training with us where you will receive continued support, but by the end of your 12 week package you will be able to confidently go about your training in any situation.

What’s Next?

The Ultimate Fat Burner package is to get you started into one of our other programmes, or further training. It’s important to know that 6 weeks wont give you your perfect body, but will prepare you and build in the habits that you will need to keep your transformation going. But after the 6 weeks we promise that you will be well on your way to success.
